OVERALL POLICIES and STRATEGY Nolato Hertila shall design, manufacture and sell plastic injection moulded products meeting expected quality and delivery performance and also ensure that activities performed always considering environmental-friendly aspects.
This will be achieved by: - fulfilling the customers’ requirements and needs. - continuously verifying that laws, regulations and industrial standards are met. - continuously securing the suitability of the raw materials fulfilling environmental and health demands. - actively separating waste to decrease the part that cannot be recycled. - limiting the risks for environmental accidents and fire. - continuously increasing the competences of personnel regarding quality and environmental issues as well as their involvement. - determine and measuring our quality and environmental objectives, and secure that our quality and environmental work leads to continual improvement.
For Nolato Hertila, continual improvement means current questioning of what we are doing to find better and more cost efficient methods or equipment.
QUALITY OBJECTIVES Nolato Hertila’s ultimate quality objective is to have no waste or claims. The following quality objectives are established and revised by the management: - decrease the number of claims by systematic follow-up the reasons for deviation and to decide on measures. - measure the customers’ satisfaction in order to make improvements.
